How to return an item

1. Email us with your order number to request a return.
2. We confirm and send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
3. Drop the parcel at your nearest post office.

Return conditions

• 14 dagers angrerett. I henhold til EU-retten kan du kansellere bestillingen din innen 14 dager etter mottak, uten å oppgi grunn.
• Varen må være ubrukt og i originalemballasjen.
• Grąžinimo išlaidas (siuntimą atgal) padengia klientas, išskyrus sugedusią prekę arba mūsų klaidą – tuomet jas padengiame mes.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Original delivery charges are refunded for a full-order return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.
